ZEN V Plus

The ZEN V Plus from Creative (see CNET Review or the offical Zen V Plus page at Creative) is a great compact MP3 player from Creative Labs, who are known for their great MP3 players. The Zen V plus is packed with features – some you would only think you could find on the larger class of MP3 players. It’s a little older than other MP3 players, but that doesn’t mean it’s not any good anymore – especially if you’re looking to save some money and not go broke when buying an MP3 player.

While there is a 4GB option, you can spend a little extra and get an 8GB or 16GB version, and since it’s an older MP3 player, the extra money is not going to break you.

If there was one word to describe the design of this MP3 player it would be curvy. The design is sleek and full of curves.

When it comes to moving music from your computer to the Zen V Plus, the process is easier than a lot of other MP3 players. The Zen will synch using Windows Media Player (something most Windows computers already have) or with the supplied software. Allowing people to use Windows Media Player, though, makes it easy to get music to the player without having to go through a lot of hassle with installing software.

Overall, this is an older player that still has a lot of life. If you’re looking for a second MP3 player or a cheap first one, the Creative Labs Zen V Plus should be perfect for you.
