Bose QuietComfort 3 Headphones

The Bose QuietComfort 3 headphones (see CNET Review or the official Bose page) are a little bit more expensive, but when it comes to headphones and music sound quality, the phrase “you get what you pay for” is more relevant than ever. The headphones look “ok” – they’re not the greatest design or the most stylish. For those who love music, though, it’s not about how the headphones look, it’s all about how they sound, how they let you experience your music. In that realm, sound quality, the Bose QuietComfort 3 headphones for your MP3 player will leave you very happy.

The noise canceling built into the Bose headphones are just one of the features that make the music sound so good when coming through the QuietComfort 3 headphones. Don’t let the size of the headphones fool you either. While they’re smaller than older great sounding headphones, technology allows headphones to be built smaller while still maintaining a level of music and sound quality that would’ve taken bigger headphones to deliver in the past.

The Bose headphones are expensive, though. And this particular set is run by batteries in the headphones. You’ll want to make sure you keep an extra set around so you never have to go without the great sounding music coming from the headphones. Unfortunately, they take a special batter from Bose. The one that comes with the headphones lasts about 20 hours per charge, but you may want to pick an extra batter up just in case. The QuietComfort 3 headphones are a little older, though, which means you may be able to pick them up at a great price – and that surely is music to your ears as well.

If you’ve tried the Bose QuietComfort 3 headphones, we’d love to hear from you. Whether you agree that they sound great or disagree and want to share an opposing viewpoint, leave a comment below and let us know what you think.
