Sound is good and the menu is like a cell phone so it's not too bad but I can understand ones frustration with it. I would have to say the only thing I do not like about it is the fact that it smudges real easily on the keypad and screen. For the price (I got a solid deal on mine) I have to say it was well worth it. I honestly like it. The sound and video quality are suprisingly very high for a player at this price point. The ablity to recored and listen to the radio are also nice features. Excellent for someone who is not into all the tech stuff but would use a nice player and enjoy. Con: Samsung should provide a better file manager tool. The tool is difficult to use and makes the player frustrating. So you end up working around the software to make the necessary updates to playlists, Pics and Video. Overall: I would recommend folks take a good look at this one and see if it works for you. I am enjoying mine as I write this review. Nice little player.
