As if we needed more evidence that Apple is trying to take over the world, Parat Solutions has created the Parasync Charging and Synchronization Dock, a device that can dock and charge up to twenty iPod devices at a time.
…Yeah, that’s right. Twenty.
Compatible with the iPhone, iPod Classic, iPhone Touch, and the Nano G4, this device is sleek, compact, and durable. It works just like any other iPod dock, synching right up with iTunes once it is plugged into a computer’s USB port. It works well with MAC, though might be admittedly slower with PCs due to the large movement of media files that something like this would require.
At the end of the day, though, I’m just not convinced that it’s practical. Looking at it, I can’t help but ask what possible daily applications it would have. Maybe for some kind of classroom media set up, or perhaps training purposes? The exact need for something like this remains a mystery to me. Of course, that’s not the only mystery this product has surrounding it. In the unlikely event that you should find yourself in need of an iPod dock that can fit twenty devices, you can’t exactly go out to the store and pick one up. Instead, you have to email the supplier with an inquiry about the mystery price.
Feel anxious to detail how you could use a Parasync Charging and Synchronization Dock? Leave a comment below and try to convince me that there’s no such thing as too much of a good thing.
